A family-led team with a shared commitment to quality, relationships, and results.
At KPC Group, great projects start with a great team. From humble beginnings in 2000, we have grown into a multi-division construction and property group thanks to the dedication, passion, and experience of the people behind the scenes.
We are a tight knit, family-run company, and even those who aren’t related feel like family.
Many of us have worked together for years, with a shared belief in doing things correctly, building trust with our clients, and delivering high-quality work every time.
Whether delivering major construction contracts, managing a complex build, or supplying and servicing screed pumps, the KPC team collaborates across all departments to ensure smooth and professional progress.
We also believe in training, development, and promotion from within. Our site and office staff receive the training and qualifications they need – SMSTS, SSSTS, NVQs, or specialist technical training is essential to us so that we grow together as a business and as individuals.
We keep things light too, our much loved annual KPC football match sees the whole team (and one of our biggest subcontractors) battle it out on the pitch, followed by food, drinks, and a few well earned awards.
Leadership Team
With over 25 years in the construction industry, Adam oversees all aspects of KPC Group. His vision and drive have shaped the business from the beginning.
A steady hand guiding KPC’s finances, Jane brings 19 years of construction experience and a sharp focus on financial clarity and control.
With 25 years in construction, Emma leads our estimating and surveying teams, ensuring accurate, transparent costing and value for clients.
Operations & Commercial
Sally has been in the buying world since 2013. She sources and negotiates the best rates on materials, keeping projects on budget and on schedule.
Taylor manages day-to-day client accounts and assists in commercial operations across KPC Group.
Responsible for finance administration and reporting, Justine keeps the numbers accurate and up to date.
Toby ensures everyone is paid accurately and on time - no small task in a growing company.
Chris leads our customer care team, ensuring every client is supported long after the job is done. Chris manages all post-completion care and communication, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
Daisy supports the day-to-day running of the KPC office. From admin tasks to team assistance, she keeps everything running smoothly and brings fresh energy to the team.
Contracts & Site Management
Sam oversees the daily operations of multiple live projects, managing teams and client coordination
Jack works on multiple sites, leading site teams with precision and professionalism, delivering projects on time and to spec.
Ion ensures consistent delivery across multiple jobs, bringing a calm and methodical approach to site management.
Dan supports day-to-day activity on the ground, ensuring teams are efficient and projects stay on track.
Sam plays a key role in project delivery, working closely with our site crews and managers.
Logistics & Maintenance
Alex manages KPC’s whole fleet of vehicles, screed pumps, and plant equipment, keeping everything serviced, road-ready, and available when needed.
Ben oversees all aspects of our property and building maintenance services, ensuring quick, reliable responses to client needs.
